On their 15th birthday livestream, AJ and Gwen announced that they would be retiring the channel, with very limited new content after their 16th birthday, which would be any loose ends (such as the FNAF REmix Album that was announced with the FNAF Supercut winning the 1st Battle Royale, and a once in a blue moon musical if the inspiration struck for it.
What does this mean for RE content? As announced, all Random Encounters YouTube channels (Main, Gaming, Xtra) will not recieve consistent new content. (This does not include Gwen's personal channel GwenPink) However, all RE social medias, merch stores and contact emails will remain open post retirement. The only thing that was announced to be shut down at this time was the Random Encounters Patreon.
What does this mean for the RE Wiki? Being a fan run wiki, it doesn't mean much! Our community will remain open, as well as our wiki, for you to edit a page or just to find a fun fact about your favorite character.
